YES you can transfer Steam Wallet money to your Credit Card

Its not a very organized solution but it works, it also may take a day or two for the transaction to come through, but all you have to do is buy a game that is affordable with your steam wallet, and refund it, and refund it to your credit card because it should give you the option to refund the money back to a few places.

If this doesn't work you can still refund the money back to your steam wallet so you wont lose any money, plus there aren't any refund timeouts so you can refund as many games as you want (Done it my self and no issues).

So I hope this has become a helpful thing for any people who have this question.

It only gets refunded back to the original purchase method.

Purchase with wallet = Refunds back to wallet

Purchase with card = Refunds back to card OR wallet, your choice.

Nope.

The options are Steam Wallet or Original Payment Method.

If the original payment method is the Steam Wallet, then it will only go back to the Steam wallet.

Ive done it before (I bought a $10 game that I had for a few days, and only played an hour on it, and decided to refund it because i was not going to play it, there were three options for my refund Original payment, Credit card **99, and Steam wallet).
Im not a 100% sure how if you say you cant but somehow i did it.

There are only ever two options. Original payment method and Steam Wallet funds.

If you made the purchase with Wallet Funds, then you can only refund as wallet funds.

If you used a credit card for the purchase, then you can refunds to either credit card or wallet funds.

Too many refunds in a period of time can get your ability to request refunds revoked.
