Steam Refund Received but nothing happening
I tried to refund my steam game getting over it with bennet foddy and i got the response "your refund request has been received" but it has been 15 days since and still no response. I don't know what to do and nothing is happening please help

Does it still say pending if you check it ?

Have you made any account changes after submitting the request, such as password, email, etc. ?

no it doesn't say anything about pending and i haven't made any changes to my account at all since

Did you make the refund request within 24 hours of the original purchase ?

i got the game on the 27 and tried refunding it on the 29 and i got the refund request recieved a bit later, i have played less than an hour of it.

and no i didn't make anymore purchases since then like it says on the link

no i did not refund in 24 hours of purchase

i am so sorry i am useless about this, i cant find a way to find out to see if it is pending all it is doing is asking me if i want to refund it again and asking me whats wrong with it

There are normally three catagories it can fit into.

Denied
Pending
Approved

It must say one of those, surely. I have personally never seen a case where it did not.

Are you sure you are navigating the menu system properly ?

thats where i was looking through and still nothing

so pretty much i have been told it is pending but it isnt saying it or i am just blind or stupid

Hmmm..
Have you checked this on the payment providers end of things or did you pay for the game from your Steam wallet ?

This is under the "denied" section of the FAQ, but it may be what you need to do next, if you just cannot figure out what is happening and the game is still on your account.

I would say that the original time you requested the refund still applies to the time limits, so asking again using the refund system should be fine, and not change your ownership time. (14 days max)

If you feel that there has been an error in the handling of your refund inquiry, please submit another request at help.steampowered.com. The request will be reviewed by another Valve employee.
