Yes I have tried what others have done, even restarted and updated my PC. Maybe I could just try that again though, weird thing is I had my boyfriend sign in on my steam from his computer and he tried to play and it said the same thing, seems to be maybe a steam problem. I am currently trying @Bkrrr's solution, hopefully it will work. Update: Didn't work, hopefully this fixes soon as I know alot of people are having this problem and people just seem to get lucky and fix it on their own.
I try that more then 1 time so what is the matter? I even logout from my main acount and entered on my smurm acount and on that acount it's ok.. no error, I entered my main acount again and it didn;t work :( Some help plz?
I found this one also. Have you tried this yet ?

EDIT..User below just copied and pasted the OP of that thread. New methods may get updated. Check the link here above to see the most up to date version.
1. Try and disable your antivirus and firewall for a few minutes to check that they are not
blocking access
2. please try the steps below:
Click on Steam > Exit
After Steam has closed, re-launch Steam
Click on Steam > Go Offline > Restart in Offline Mode
Once Steam has restarted, click on Steam > Go Online > Restart and Go Online
Re-launch CS:GO and re-test the issue
3. 1:open the game
2:go to browser servers
3:change filter
4:change it to middle east
4 Type the following command:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\bin\SteamService.exe" /repair
5. run Command prompt as admin
bcdedit /deletevalue nointegritychecks
bcdedit /deletevalue loadoptions
bcdedit /debug off
bcdedit /deletevalue nx
6. Go to steam library.
Right click on CS:GO
Go to properties
Go the the local files tab
Verify local files
7.

You have to learn how to spot those. They think they are "Posting for the badge" when that went away a long time ago.
