The chargeback needs to be reversed. Or, if it cannot, work with support. The restrictions can become permanent after the allowed amount of time you get to fix this. So I suggest you do that ASAP.
As an aside, I have personally seen a few isolated cases of restrictions being incorrectly placed on an account for whatever reason. It is always worked out within a few weeks.
I attempted to, get help from support. I send a message to it, instantly when it happened. SO far no response. apparently it was 350 dollars in chargebacks despite the fact I only use steam cards.
The next thing you need to understand is how this happened. If not you, then someone issues a chargeback on purchase(s) on your account. Why would a payment method not under your control be used on your account ?
Are you sharing the account with anyone ? You should not be, if you are.
EDIT..Sorry, Ninja'd by the good Matt
Dollar General, purchased with real money.
No one here can help with account issue. You have to work with support. If you have an open ticket, they will reply as you just have to wait a bit. They get pretty busy.

I don't share my account with anyone, but I don't know if my account was always 100% secure since I only got mobile steam guard this month. I included what information I could to help the steam support team though, but the problem was is that I am a minor and couldn't supply all the information needed.
I wouldn't know how this happened. All I know is in the information given to me, it was on mastercard. It said stuff was taken off my account that was purchased with that money, but I don't even know what was purchased on my account with that money.
Since I have no clue what was purchased I just wish I could get to support faster and ask them to just keep the money with whoever's card it was. And not return whatever was baught on my account.
There can be confusion where a user has two or more accounts in cases like this.
Check your purchase history on this account to see if you can tell what was removed from it.

I checked it, only said wallet funds. When it came to things being crossed out. (if that's what it means for it to be removed). 100, 100, 100, 50. All separate adding of money.
Today this morning.
Yeah, but, I don't know what I can do about it since it's obviously all done on my account. I only messaged support this morning and hope they could respond fast.
