TF2- How to delete Rayshud

For the past few months, ive been trying to delete rayshud from my customs folder. I thought it wasnt a big deal at the time, but now, updates have passed, and the hud is outdated, and now that the pyro update is coming, im scared I will not be able to do certain things.

Everytime I try to delete it from Team Fortress 2/ tf/ custom it says you need permission from (My pc name/ and pc user? I dont know if its a user) I tried to delete it from my administrator profile, but it said the same thing. Anyone willing to help/

Type this in your Launch Options if you can't remove it (Right click TF2 in Library, Properties, Set Launch Options)

-autoconfig -default

after that launch the game as usual, look if everything is okay then close TF2 and remove those from the launch options
