I recently refunded a game because I didn't like it and my gpu was to weak for the game,steam sent me this messageWe’ve issued the refund. You paid both via Steam wallet and another payment provider. Your Steam wallet funds will be shown now as pending and will become available to spend within 7 days. For the remaining balance you should see a credit or see the original charge removed from your payment providers records within 14 days.I saw the money on my steam wallet and it said (pending) but I can't see the money being refunded to my credit card,I payed with my steam wallet and my credit card,

Wait up to 14 days. It should show up during that time as either a credit or, if the purchase was refunded with in the first 24 hours, will simply be removed from your ban account.

You see only the wallet money pending , the rest wil arrive on your credit card in the next 14 days.

Just need to keep an eye on your credit card activity. Check if the funds actually left your credit card as sometimes a refund goes through before funds are removed so it gets cancelled. If this is the case nothing was deducted from your credit card so nothing will need to be credited. If funds were deducted you just need to wait, upto 14 days, for them to be reimbursed.

Your Steam wallet funds should stop being pending within 24 hours in my experience.

Because it takes time to process and if it wasn't processed before your refund was accepted it can be cancelled before money changes hand. Meaning it was never charged and removed from your credit card so there is nothing to return.

If that still confuses you just check your credit card. Does the payment to Steam appear?

Then there is no need to watch your credit card as there is nothing to refund as the charge was cancelled.

Based on all your responses, I have to ask how it is possible for you to have a credit card if you have no idea how they even work. Maybe you can ask your parents or one of your real-life friends to read your credit card statement for you.

Steam Support likely won't be able to help since from their end it shows they refunded. They will just tell you to contact your credit card company. And again, that won't help because you don't even know how credit cards work.

Ask your parents or a real-life friend who can sit down and reconcile your statement.
