Then try uploading a screenshot that reflects that.
...I see maybe a total of 1 GB between two games as the ones in your screenshot are mostly 0 bytes.
If an update has been detected, you can't run the game until the update has been done.
Edit: Everything was reset to 0 bytes when I cleared download cache, but if they start downloading, it is displayed correctly.
Just because it was not announced, does not mean there are not updates. It may also be an update to the Steamworks part of the games.
Still doesn't answer how it is multi-gigabyte when all but two show as 0 bytes and the only two only show about 1.1 GB total.
Then try uploading a screenshot that reflects that.
Also, if you have been playing in off-line mode for awhile, then it could be older updates and if damaged/corrupt files were found, it will redownload them.
