If they are making a post about it, report the post.

Yeah its illegal for people to talk about that.
They didn't post about it, I just know people that do pirate games
Why would anyone be concerned with someone pirating games when nobody posted a discussion about it. And you can't report him cuz you can't prove anything.. just forget it man.. leave the fella alone. So what if he pirates games.. millions of people do too. There isn't anything you can do about it.

I know for a fact there are several ways to report piracy. Just because you are unaware of them, it does NOT logically follow that those ways do not exist. That's about as conducive to evolution as an ostrich sticking its head in the sand. "I cannot see the hyenas anymore…so, they're gone, and therefore cannot eat me!"

For example, let's assume you are talking about a Steam user's piracy that has come to your attention—further, let's say it's a game published by Microsoft. There are three reports you can file with:
1. {LINK FJERNET}
2. Steam moderators provide a novel tool when you discover piracy in one of the threads or forums: It's called "Report."
3. BSA: The Software Alliance[reporting.bsa.org]
4. FBI. Forget about it. They don't even have the manpower and resources needed to handle anything that you could report…unless you can hand them an arrest worth millions of dollars on a silver platter. So, you can ignore #4.

I personally know a guy doing twenty years for selling pirated software. You are full of garbage.

It is a waste of time to report on that. Most company knows about it. There is so many doing it. What you want those company to do? Sue them all? Company knows it's better to concentrate on prevention(DENUVO.....).
