Question is - why would you?

I assume you're doing this to gift to someone. Sadly there are some bundles (and this is one of them) that will not even allow you to do that if you own any of the games therein.

As to how you can do that, just permanently remove one of the games that comes with the Orange Box, and then buy the bundle again.

I thought you had to remove them all?

There was a guy today or yesterday that wanted to do the same and he only had TF2. On removing that it worked.

Actually now I think about it again, that makes sense. He did remove ONE game after all. I was reading it as removing ALL the games, even though he obviously only had one.
