I have spent over 5 dollars on my account but still not able to use all of steams features...

So this is kinda weird but I can't seem to use all of steams features and its saying its because I haven't spent 5 dollars. I have spent over 5 dollars but the progress bar it gives to how much money you have spent is still blank for me. I have tried navigating the support pages but I cant seem to find anything related to this issue or about how to contact a real person to help me. Anyone know what I can do to resolve this?

on 2 cs:go cases. The other option is to add at least 5 dollars to your steam wallet, witch I had added 10 to buy the cases.

How exactly did you add the money to your wallet? If you received it as a gift from a friend, it doesn't count.

Only way is directly purchase a game or wallet funds, using a 3rd party payment method such as a credit or debit card or purchase a physical Steam wallet card.
