halp me learn how to remove the community market restrictions

so. i wanna buy some skin sets in dota2, i want to buy and use them immediately. however it says i can't buy skins cause i have to buy a game for 5 dollars or more, then after that i have to wait a whole 30 days to be able to purchase skins for dota2 heros.

can't i just remove that 30 day restriction from buying a skin in dota2? why must i buy something else then wait 30 days to buy what i really wanna buy? i really need to know if i can buy a skin in dota2 to remove the restriction? i have not found any skins in dota2 that are not in the community market, they all seem to be in community market, where can i buy for example a set for a hero in dota2 without using the community market? i am not going to use a 3rd party site, i wanna know if valve has skins for sale directly or is everything through community market?

if lets say they did sell skins directly without community market, could i buy skins there to remove the 30 days restriction fromm community market? or does it MUST be a game i buy unrelated?

You are a limited user so you must add your currency equivalent of $5+ or buy a game of this monetary value or more and then wait a full 30 days to access the market. All users are required to have a valid purchase on record every 365 days to remain eligible for the market and all users must have committed at least $5 to become unlimited. You must meet both these requirements.

You can add 5$ to your steam wallet and then go buy directly from Dota 2 store http://www.dota2.com/store.
If you want to use the market, you have no choice to wait for 30 days.

did you even read my post, u told everything i knew already. i was asking if buying a skin in dota2 would remove the restriction, also i was wondering if there is way to buy skin without using the community market, it seems as though i can't buy a skin on that game unless i buy something else first, which i wanted to buy a skin on that game to remove the restriction. is it even possible?

Make a purchase and wait 30 days. A skin being bought in Dota2 is a purchase. As long as you spend money on Steam using your account, it will meet the requirement. It is a "purchase".

EDIT..But limited users cannot use the market at all, so buy something on Steam for $5 USD or more and that meets BOTH of these restrictions. Then, wait 30 days.
