Can my laptop run Cuphead?

I know what the game's system requirements are but I'm no good with computer lingo.

Here is my system:
-OS: 7
-Processor: Intel (R) Pentium (R) CUP B940 @ 2.00HGz
-Memory:4.09GB
-DirectX: 11
-Graphics: Intel (R) HD Graphics
-Plenty and plenty of storage space

My computer can handle larger things like Portal 2, Nuclear Throne, and Bendy and the Ink Machine. I don't think the 2D graphics will prevent it from running the game, but I would like to be sure. Thanks in advance!

Your videochip is way below minimum requirements. Keep in mind that this comparison uses the more powerful desktop version, not your laptop/mobile version, which is even weaker.

Ok. I do have another computer and I just need to install Steam on it. Would this computer work?

Also I'm curious, what does a low graphics card affect? Does the game run slow or not let you play it at all?

So the GPU looks good and over spec.

I don't see an "A10 7800" so perhaps that is the CPU group family and not the exact CPU you have ? Here is one close to that and the lower than that group........

Keep in mind that if you have any issues getting the game to work, you can always refund it. Just be sure to know that the limits on refunds are less than 2 hours of gameplay time, and requested refund within 14 days of purchase. Don't try to get the game working if there are problems, causing your playtime to go over 2 hours. Thanks.
