Failed to initialize direct3d

after a restart I have this game (Eternal the card game) that is telling me this when I try to launch it
Failed to initialize Direct3D.
Make sure you have at least DirectX 9.0c installed, have drivers for your
graphics card and have not disabled 3D acceleration
in display settings.
InitializeEngineGraphics failed
Althought the game was previously working fine.
althought I have directx 11 installed?!

Minions Master also have this bug
Binding of Isaac also crash on start up.
Portal 2 launch but nothing happens and its return to steam.
Wtf happened?!

well, I did but the troubleshooting doesn't seem to work for me
my driver are up to date. Like I said the games were working perfectly fine, but then after a restart, this bug appear
