how long do refund take?

I played fallout 3 for 26 minutes actually didn't play it because it wouldn't start. I downloaded it 2 days ago. I wanted to know how long it takes to get a refund cause I've been waiting for 15 minutes and nothing has happened.

There isn't a specified time period for the request to be dealt with. However, if accepted, it takes up to fourteen days.

took me a few hours before you get something that says 'X money pending' next to your balance. Takes about a day for that money to be transferred.

That is definitely wrong. Its takes between a few hours and a day for most refund requests to be answered.
Then another week or so till the money is returned ( if you refunded to Steam Wallet).
Refunds outside of Steam take up to 14 days.
