Then, if you are using a router, don't. Bypass that router and run an ethernet cable directly to the modem from your computer. Then test it again.
There can still be other things to try, also, but these would be my frist suggestions before moving on to other more-involved methods.
See this.....

Totally disconnect them from the source. So that you are the only one on that network.
Make sure you do the ethernet to your comptuer and bypass the router, if you have one. I don't see that you confirmed that you do in fact have a router.
EDIT...
Post the exact model of this computer, please. That seems to be the group in your OP, the G 11.

Post the exact operating system, which includes if 32 or 64 bit.
Also, post what the router is. If it is not that good in quality, then this becomes more relevant, about the signal degradation possibility
EDIT...
You missed answering what computer you have, please.
G11CD-WB51-GTX1070
now confirm this is it on ASUS...where you should have all device drivers fully up to date from, or by using Windows update due to Windows 10. (personally I prefer manual installation but supposedly W10 does this for the user now)
(click Windows 10 64 bit in the drop menu)

Again, make sure I have the right model on ASUS, please.
There is a fairly new LAN driver there, so unless you have them all up to date, make sure at the very least for now, that one is up to date.
