How can i see my account revoked key alert list?

Everytime a key is revoked we see an alert, how can i see again this info or a list? Steam doesnt send an email and i need it as proof (i didnt do a screensave :( )

There is no such record. If an unauthorized reseller wants to see such a record, they are trying to scam you. They do know there is no such record.
File a dispute on the payment and never ever buy stolen goods from an unauthorized reseller again.

i used paypal as payment method but i suppose they want proofs too, uh? or can i open a dispute in pp without these records?

PayPal won't require such proof. Just file a dispute and write a short statement that you did not get the goods you are contractually obliged.
