Source sdk is kind of outdated now I think, they are making a new one but it's not ready for you to use yet.
Also i seen some talk of someone that wanted to license the Source engine, by how it sounds you did not start any work yet, and i will assume you will not want to pay too much for it
Licensing the Source engine cost a nice buck, and Valve them self recommended not to use it, so i think you much better waiting for Source 2 (free, you just have to also sale the game on Steam, but can sale else where as well as long as its selling on Steam)
Or use one of the engines from the list @Forcen posted
(expect if what you make is free, then there is no cost for the license, yet there is not much support for it any how)
