what is the issue you need help with?
Rather than trying to contact Valve - try using Twitter, Facebook, Tik Tok or write a blog.
Don't bother, they've made threads on this before which were already locked. They're upset because HiInterland supports BLM.
Valve does not have a technical support phone number and they aren't able to provide technical support for a game title that is not their own. You have to contact the game's developer.
If you're purpose for wanting to contact Valve is to criticize them in some way - forget it. All that's going to do is waste your time. Valve is unlikely to respond to it, they probably won't even read all that you type once they realize it's just some user voicing their opinion. Valve does not care what one persons opinion is, they really don't care what the entire community's opinion is even when a large majority of us agree and have the same opinion on a specific subject or something they've done.
If that's your purpose my suggestion is not to waste your time. Even if you do get through the help system to type at them they're just going to ignore it.
If you have an issue with your account or a valve game or product, do find your way through the help system to contact them. They always do their best to resolve issues a user may be having with one of their products.
at least i have to try.
just a reminder that i am an actual fan of valve and steam and that's why i want to suggest them, not because "uh you suck dudes"
thanks btw, you've been more helpful than the trigger-happy mods.

However, I strongly recommend that you don't post a thread complaining about anything concerning moderation. You can reply to the moderation message, if you have one, and if you wish to discuss anything with mods.
Really, they're going to ignore it. They most likely won't respond at all.
tried and insta closed.
great mods here...

See? Stop wasting your time. Let it be. And most of all don't let it frustrate you.
Move on....play a game and enjoy it.
i don't care about the ban.
i care about valves stance that developers can release political statements like they want to and users aren't even allowed to criticise them
Game forum mods are chosen by the game developers.
Steam forum mods are chosen by Valve. They are not always one in the same, so please don't confuse them that way, if applicable.
It's not quite that simple.
i thought so.
still, seems the mods doesn't represent valve in this kind of "problem" enough
Valve lets game forums be ran by the developers pretty much any way they want. They can ban you for just about anything, but usually these are covered in the rules of the forum there in that game's forum.
Your purpose is ridiculous. Have you considered how much of a mess it would be if Steam did allow all of it's how-ever-many millions of users message and argue a subject like politics with developers? That is why it is a forum rule to not discuss politics.

Those are forum rules. Not Developer Store Page rules. There may be a way to report a developer? That would be your only avenue.
Otherwise, as I've said, you're wasting your time.
