How can i get in contact with someone from steam?
I've been sending tickets and an automatic bot just keeps writing me back the same stuff and it isnt being helpful at all. On battle net you can actually talk with a person from blizzard can you do the same here, or send a msg atleast?

What problem are you having? Support deals with a fairly narrow range of issues, but someone might be able to give you advice on how to navigate the support tree if you gave more details.

Well for starters what the issue are you facing? Maybe the community can help explain things to you, and may even resolve your issue.

Steam support > My account > Data related to my account > scroll to the bottom, click on contact support. Depending on your question, is depending the reply you will get, if you don't answer their question, or don't give them clear answer, they keep asking. There's no reason for support to type a personal unique message to every ticket, because if it's something they can just copy, and paste to save them time to get to the next ticket to help someone, they will do that, to cut down the time on answering all the tickets.

Welcome to steam support. You need to find the correct combination of buttons on the support page to be able to talk to someone, and then you need to wait either a few days to a few weeks for them to reply.

On B.Net there are like a dozen games in total versus Steam's thousands, reported concurrent users as 37M a week versus Steam's 10-20M a day. With that sizable difference, you approach customer service a little bit differently.

Most of the problems users want CS support on can be answered by the community. I'm sure if you explained what your issue was someone might be able to help with it or point you in the right direction.

Okay, i wanted to refund a game( mount and blade bannerlords). I was so excited for that game but i got disappointed pretty fast, i tried refunding it right away but it wouldn't allow me back then because it was '' early access''. I was alright with that, i waited for sometime so the game wouldnt be early access anymore and i asked for refund now. I wrote them that i don't want my money to be transfered to my credit card just the steam valet ( i will spend the same amount of money but on different stuff ). In their policy they say'' even if your game is 2+ hour more ( in my case i have 9 hours ) or more than 14 days we will REVIEW your case. No1 reviews my case, i did it 2-3 times the same message gets back to me that i have more than 2 hours and its past 14 days. Honestly i haven't been this mad, you couldn't even feel the game for less than 2 hours its impossible. 45 euros is a lot in my country and would rather spend it on something else.

More than 2 hours AND more than 2 weeks, you're not getting a refund now.

That is highly incorrect. Being Early Access does not prevent refunds. That has nothing to do with it.

You had more than 2 hours. Both conditions must be met for a refund request to be granted.

So in that case no1 can get a refund from the game?

You already admitted to playing more than 2 hours before you asked for the refund the 1st time.

You can get a refund for early access games. The same refund policy applies to EAGs as it does a regular purchase. The game being an EAG has nothing to do with not being able to refund it.

Again just because a game may be "eary access" does not prevent you from issuing a refund.

What does is playing over the 2 hour / 2 week limit and that was probably the issue then.
