Steam support > My account > Data related to my account > scroll to the bottom, click on contact support. Depending on your question, is depending the reply you will get, if you don't answer their question, or don't give them clear answer, they keep asking. There's no reason for support to type a personal unique message to every ticket, because if it's something they can just copy, and paste to save them time to get to the next ticket to help someone, they will do that, to cut down the time on answering all the tickets.
Most of the problems users want CS support on can be answered by the community. I'm sure if you explained what your issue was someone might be able to help with it or point you in the right direction.
More than 2 hours AND more than 2 weeks, you're not getting a refund now.
That is highly incorrect. Being Early Access does not prevent refunds. That has nothing to do with it.
You had more than 2 hours. Both conditions must be met for a refund request to be granted.
Mount and Blade II: Bannerlord is STILL early access.
You can get a refund for early access games. The same refund policy applies to EAGs as it does a regular purchase. The game being an EAG has nothing to do with not being able to refund it.
What does is playing over the 2 hour / 2 week limit and that was probably the issue then.
