I just bought this game, and it will not download, never had this problem before. No matter how I try to get it to play, nothing happens. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

That is not the way I requested for you to do it, but we will work with what you posted, as that is the most important hardware and info.

Now give us a chance to look at the specs and reply.

Since you did not know about the system specs, that means you did not know if your PC meets the ones of the game on the store page for Trials of Mana.

You need to look at these and compare them from now on, when you are thinking of buying a Steam game.

You can't just buy games and refund them all the time if they won't play on your PC because the PC does not meet the specs of the game, as Valve might eventually send you a warning about refunding too much if you do that.

You can always ask here if you need help before you buy, kinda like you did here today.

The GPU alone is a huge problem. Unless you have a dedicated GPU in there, which would have been in the information if you had posted it the way I requested, I don't see how that computer is going to run this game :

That is your GPU as compared to the minimum AMD GPU for Trials of Mana.

Thanks but that is still not the way I requested you to post the specs. If the computer is bone stock, with no dedicated GPU, then you are going to have issues with this game, surely.

Also, your MAX speed on that CPU is 2.5 Ghz, which is the minimum speed for the minimum specs for Trials of Mana, and you have the minimum RAM for it also. You did not post the specs the way I asked, so we can't compare other important information.

If you can even launch the game and see the intro menu, you are almost surely going to have to turn all the graphics settings all the way down or totally off, depending on the settings.

I will kindly remind you again :

If you somehow get this game to launch on that computer, and you somehow get it to run for over 2 hours, you will no longer qualify for a refund.

It does not matter if you are not actually playing it. If it is running, that counts as playtime.

Just out of curiosity, why haven't you played the demo to make sure the game actually runs on your computer before buying the game?
