Unless you have big red letters in your profile saying TRADE BANNED, it's not a ban, but a cooldown.
Second:
WAIT FIFTEEN DAYS.
Even if you did have the authenticator / other systems in place (which you clearly do not, since you see a 15 day cooldown) it would still require at least 7 more days *from this point* to carry out that trade.
You cannot make a 15 day trade cooldown go any faster.
Not happening.
Unless you are actually talking about the trade hold. That won't restrict your trades, at least not technically. It will just keep items "in limbo" for 15 days, which means many people won't trade with you.
They are two completely different things, and neither is a "trade ban". You don't want an actual trade ban.
Everything you need to know about restrictions is here :

Trade holds ? Here :

EDIT...................
It is NOT a ban. Please stop calling it a ban.
If you have recently enabled Steam Guard via email on your account, you will be unable to use the Community Market for the 15 days after Steam Guard was enabled. Removing Steam Guard or disabling and re-enabling Steam Guard will also trigger this restriction.

See the key word there in that quote ? "Restrictions" and "Restricted".
Again, not a ban.
