Look at the Name written on the Notification that pops up for Controllers
when you Start Games on STEAM...
If you use a Custom Controller Config, your prompted to Name the Config...
The Name should show up on these Notifications, but they don't,
indicating that there is a problem with Notifications...
I fixed this myself, but fixing the Notifications, did not fix my Controllers in Game,
the Controllers still don't work...

Absolute nonsense. Nothing to do with the issue here, I'm afraid.
The problem is not with the controller, as I said there have been MANY issues with this latest Steam update and with users of DS4s.
