Hey guys, I need some help... hmm I’m trying to buy GTA IV and it’s not priced in my stream store... there is no add to cart button or buy button, however, I checked G2A website for a key and I found it and it say can be activated in my region... my question is will it be activated? Even if the game not priced in my store ?

If OP is from UAE as their profile states, R* did not give a price for it. Which is odd because it clearly had one at some point.

Try asking R* why they didn't add price for your country, and they should give you an answer.

It will not be a Steam key. If you want it on Steam, you must buy it here. Or be gifted it, but I don't think that's possible since you don't have a price.

If you buy one of those dodgy keys from the cheap reseller sites, you are asking for trouble because if it's blanked out on the Steam Store, there's every chance the key or game - if it were for Steam - would not work for you.

In which case, good luck getting your money back. Also, those sites are notorious for buying stolen keys and keys purchased with stolen credit cards. Which means you run the risk of the key being revoked at some point, and you'll be out of cash.

So just don't do it. It isn't worth the risk to your whole account.

Oh and I thought it legal lol, the problem the website selling the key for 30$ and the game 20$ on US steam store... is it possible to change the store to US to buy then change it back to UAE? Like xbox stores ?

Sure if you don't mine having your account get lock, or terminated for using VPN/proxy/Etc, for region hopping, and buying something outside your region, as well faking your location.

Well, put it this way - it can't hurt to at least try.

Plus, at least you'd get a defnitive answer why it is too.
