Stolen + Self-locked account

Hello,

my brother's steam account was stolen by some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ website, they get username, password and even the mobile authentificator code.

I have watched video on how I can restore stolen account but there is problem.

When I typed my email there already was this :

Your account is already locked!
The account '*******' has already been self-locked. You can't lock this account again at this time.

So I can't write a ticket to steam support like It was shown in a video. I have card details from transactions on the account so I can provide a proof of ownership but I simply can't contact them.

Can somebody help me with this? Thanks

There is only ONE way to retrieve a stolen account. Contact support.

You do this by clicking on the support option, and reading the filter questions CAREFULLY and following them until you reach a point where you can submit a ticket.

If you don't reach that point, as many don't, you haven't read it properly.

Yes, I finally get to the submit ticket part and I retrieved my brothers account, thanks.

I have the same issue on my main account, my account is locked, and I couldn't find the right place to submit a ticket..

I already resolved my problem, i send my e mail to steam support and send my new pass. send ur email en be pacient.
