The problem is certainly that you don't have the Authenticator, but I would advice staying away from such... fishy sites. Otherwise we might need to help you troubleshoot your phished account.
https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=1047-edfm-2932
but if you have some restriction on some other site, that has nothing to do with Steam. So maybe you can ask over there at that site.
dont use 3rd party websites
if you need help using a 3rd party site, talk to that sites support. that sites support is not on the steam forums
We see that here daily.
2. Steam support will not return your items, all trades are final.
https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=3415-WAFH-6433
3. I suggest if you don't want to end up losing items, or account you stop going to those sites. I assume you login from their site using your Steam login info, if so, which I have to assume, since it's the most common cases, follow the steps below to protect your account.
Follow these steps to secure your account, don't skip any.
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
Most common reason people get accounts hijack for any service really are as followed.
- Sharing account infomation with others.
- Logging in on phishing sites.
- Downloading / Installing Virus / Keylogger on your system.
- Using public devices that has keyloggers, such as cyber cafe, school computers, and etc...
- Storing your login credentials on a unsecured service that others has access to view.
- Using same login credentials for all your things, or using same login credentials on another service that had a data leak. Yes it does matter because even if it not related to Steam, if using same login credentials, hijackers will try to use those credentials to see what services you use with those credentials. https://haveibeenpwned.com/
Here some facts.
- Support will never contact you, you contact support by TICKET ONLY. Support does not use chat, does not use forum, does not use anything outside of Steam, only by Steam ticket system.
- Anyone claiming to say "accidentally reported you" "blah blah blah" wants you to add someone to give items, account info, or even money, then it's a scam, and need to report both of them, as well block both of them afterwards. This scam has been around for years, it's nothing new, and people keep falling for the dumbest things.
The irony here is, that we are actually trying to help you more than you seem to even realize right now.
It's not worth it, just do it the normal way or buy stuff from the community market.
Actually i fix the issue, so thanks.
