Second, check your settings on that UI. If you've got sensitivity WAY up, it can cause issues like this.
I can't give you any specifics as I'm not familiar with this mouse (I use marble mice), and this is a bit out of my depth in any case.
There should be something within the menus where you can check the current driver or get it to do a manual check for an update. So check all the menus.
Aside from that, I'd recommend playing with EVERY setting you can get one by one and see if anything helps or hinders.
Have you had a look on Corsair's forums? Oh and does it do it on all games, or just one or two?
Have a damned good root through every menu of that Corsair program that's included with it, and check the Corsair forums for advice. There should be something to nail this down as it's quite common.
Oh, and I almost forgot - make sure the sensor (where the LED is) on the underside of the mouse is ABSOLUTELY free of dust and dirt as that can send the mouse wacky.
Lower the DPI of the mouse, and sensitivity in the game.
Turn Windows mouse acceleration off.
Make sure you're getting 16.66ms frametimes.
(60 FPS doesn't mean good frametimes, since it's an 'estimated' number.)
I recommend using RTSS to lock FPS to 60. (Yes, even of you use Vsync, it will improve the feel.)
I can't check now, but I will later, but it could just be the sensor on the mouse that's bad. If it's laser, it will jitter sometimes.
But I'll check to be sure if it's the sensor.
Lastly, DO NOT change the Windows mouse sensitivity slider, you will introduce acceleration/deceleration. Making mouse movements wrong.
Leave it at it's default value.
