Restricted region games cdkeys and travelling

Hello :)
I'm planning to buy some games CD keys from a trusted site that I have bought from previously, but the site mentioned that some of the keys are restricted to my current region which is "♥♥♥". I'm planning to live abroad next year "US" and I was wondering if the games that I buy and play now will get locked or not when I move?
Also I heard that if I contacted Steam support about me moving abroad they won't ban my account, is that correct?

Wow, trusted site. The crux of things really hinges on that, doesn't it?

Do you mean "they haven't screwed me" or do you mean "they are officially authorised to sell Steam keys"? Becuase only one of them is good.

But generally speaking, if you're moving, do contact support beforehand and they can free things up so that you shoudln't get any lockdown due to purchases and such coming from a new region. Your games won't be locked either.
