PS4 controller not entering pairing mode
So I have two white PS4 contollers and neither controller will enter pairing mode. I understand that in order to pair the controllers I need to hold down the PS and Share buttons together for a few seconds to get them blinking. I have tried that, I have tried holding first the share button then the PS button, and neither method seems to be working, the only thing that happens is that my PS4 controllers (both of them) turn on the PS4. Any thoughts on why this might be?

I'm guessing you've used these controllers in the past OK, but now they're just not pairing?

If so, it's likely to be the same issue many other PS4 controller users are reporting - that they won't connect. I don't know of any solution yet, just that many are reporting this problem. It also happens with various third party joysticks too.

Sorry I can't offer any real help.

The only thing I would suggest doing is ignoring the pairing and use a cable to plug it in via USB, and see if it pairs up that way.

You may be right for now, yes in the psat I was able to connect them. Connecting via usb cable works fine.
