Report a translation problem
ENGLISH: I have the same problem since yesterday. Steam says "Installing upgrade" , then after a few minutes it shows this message: "Steam Client Bootstrapper has stopped working". I also uninstalled a re-installed again. Same issue. For now I can't play any game.
I started my computer this morning, steam did the update, and now it works, I don't know why.
- Una es borrar todo de la carpeta donde esta instalado Steam, excepto steam.exe, steamapps (carpeta) y userdata (carpeta), y luego iniciar steam como administrador.
- La segunda (que a mi me funcionó), es desactivar el antivirus momentáneamente e iniciar steam. Aparentemente los antivirus no permiten la actualización de Steam.
Como dice el amigo The Giving One, hay un post con esta respuesta.
NO ES NECESARIO DESACTIVAR EL ANTIVIRUS, SÓLO HAY QUE INCLUIR steam.exe EN LOS PROGRAMAS PERMITIDOS POR EL ANTIVIRUS.
Espero que la ayuda no haya llegado muy tarde y no hayan tenido que borrar datos o desinstalar.
Estas soluciones no son mías, ya se habían posteado en estos mismos foros.

OK, that's right friend.
It's not necessary to turn the AV off.
Thanks a lot for the advice, maybe I need complete the answer on this post. I think the other one is more complete than this.
