I'm starting to see this message. It persists even after deleting cookies. The only thing that might be causing it is I like to open a bunch of homepage links to new tabs. That's how I shop Steam (I don't like to lose my place). Would that kind of action cause a permission denied error? Were you able to resolve this error before?

Steam blocks us "Friends of Tabshopping" like as we are bots. 1-2 Minutes later the block is gone again. So just wait a minute, after you opened all your tabs. You can reload them after to watch that game.
