Can't complete Tax identity submission
Hello, I have a problem finishing the tax identity form. At the "review" "Submit W-9" stays grey.
How do I deal with this problem?

You must have missed something in the form

I have done this myself

I did some digging, and in addition to what others are saying about filling it out completely, I found a reference in an older thread that said the user's email that was being submitted did not match up to the one on the account.

Therefore, for them, the button was greyed out. Does this sound possible ?

EDIT..I have not filled this out myself, so was only going off of what I found by searching. Excuse me if this is not correct, about the email.

Originally the account was set up with another email address. Later on I had to change it. Could that be a problem?

If you are using the steam client, try using a browser instead.

If you are using a browser, try using the steam client or a different browser.
