I got that message when I tried to join a Team Fortress 2 server. I closed the game and tried again but I still got that message. Why is this happening? Can I do something to fix this or should I just wait?

(There were no new threads about this issue and I couldn't find a solution from the old ones, so I started a new thread.)

I see many other accounts from Finland with your or similar to your profile name on this account.

Sure you don't have another account ? I don't see any old threads about this that you created. Which could mean that you are in fact on the wrong account, unless the thread was deleted.

I currently only have this one account so I can't be on the wrong account. When I mentioned old threads, I meant old threads created by others. I have never had this issue before.

Avast, and I also have MalwareBytes.

Do you have real-time scan exceptions for all of Steam and all games in Avast ?

If not, that surely is a problem.

So how are you trying to launch TF2 exactly ?

You are doing that from your Steam library and not from a shortcut, right ?

You don't have your games or Steam installed on an external hard drive, right ?
