I tried everything in those and its still not working. I know its not a problem with my Wi-Fi because I ran a speed test and everything else is working fine.

still need solution?
i checked why this happen (support help me too and give this advice) :
- try using hotspot (or use other router, i try hotspot and i can get in to online).

we cant forever play using hotspot, so i try check my gta v UDP.

1. control panel
2. windows defender firewall
3. advanced settings
4. inbound rules
5. find GTA V (there should be 2 gta v)
6. propertise or double click ( check both of them, in Protocol and Ports both of them need to be UDP not TCP)
7. can close all open application and try launch gta v.

this is for PC only, if console i dont know, because console can use TCP and UDP. if gta online still cant be played or get same problem, try this :

1. control panel
2. windows defender firewall
3. advanced settings
4. inbound rules
5. new rules
6. choose ports, next and make sure you choose UDP (default is TCP).
7. and type 6672, and next till you need put a name of the rule (i just give this name 6672PortOpen, so i know im making this).
8. do step 7 again, this time type 61455-61458.
9. launch gta v.

you can give port on Gta V rule, while you do this step "6. propertise or double click ( check both of them, in Protocol and Ports both of them need to be UDP not TCP) " , theres a local port and choose specific thing and type 6672. and other Gta V rules on same place you type 61455-61458.

hope this work. thanks. :luv:

i try the second solution, its not a good solution, because Gta V will make a new rule cause the launcher think the 1 we change local port is other application. 1st solution i recommended it.

if all of this not work or the problem is back again, try this. connect hotspot and play online. while the game loading to online session, dont disconnect but change to your router.
