Uploading images circle keeps going on forever

I try to add images to my workshop addons, but the circle keeps going on forever and forever, and no images is added to my addon. I try to use my main browser, Opera, to upload images, but the same thing happens there as well.

I wonder if there's any fix for this or just some bug on Steam?

Most likely it's just the server's having issues/under high load. Try again in a while.

The servers are being hit the worst you could possibly imagine. Sales periods twice a year and holiday season normally have these issues, but with the whole world essentially stuck at home, you can imagine that its a wonder things work at all.

But you can avoid it somewhat if it bugs you that much. Just try to avoid things like browing on the store until very late at night, the wee hours of the morning, or even first thing when you get up.

Try to take a step backwards and think about when people in your region are less likely to be online.

Never said you did, nor does it make a difference. The store, games, friends list, communication, accounts and everything are all server based, so if they're congested they ALL get affected to varying degrees.

That's the point. I included the specifics about the store to show you how it normally plays out so you can spot congestion happening in future.
