Uplay won't start when game is launched

1. Uninstall uplay from C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher or from control panel

2. Download Uplay from Ubisoft homepage

3. Verify game cache by right click game, settings, local content, verify game files

First off you really don't want to install something like steam and uplay to the C: drive it'll get bogged down in no time, so custom install it to another hard drive (remove all Uplay from the computer, before fresh install). Then install Uplay (if you want restart pc). Run Uplay first and let it update; login and make sure it works, exit Uplay and if you are running a game in steam with Uplay launch the game through steam and let Uplay open by itself.

This is how I fixed my prob using uplay and steam at first I hope it helps. I do still have some problems with the Ps3 controler randomly opens up the steam overlay and opens a web browser window when I press the x button, other than that I have no problems.
