Hi , I Have two accounts. Account A : One of them is vac banned but it has 30-40 $ and Account B : it's not banned and I want to buy some items for it.
So can I sell a cheap Item with high price ( on ACcount B ) and Buy with Account A ?
Not cs go Items , for example TF2 or Dota 2 .

Pretty sure all you can do is purchase games with account B and gift them to account A, with the exception of the game that account is VAC banned in.

You should be able to do whatever you want with account B if I am understanding you correctly here, within normal restrictions otherwise that is.

You cannot sell items from the VAC banned account for the game that account is banned in. So of Account A is banned in CSGO, for example, you cannot sell CSGO items from that account. They are locked to it permanently.

EDIT..There is also this restricton, from the page linked above.

VAC Ban

If a VAC Ban, cooldown or overwatch ban has been registered on your account, you will no longer have access to the CS:GO store, or be able to make trades for CS:GO items, and you will no longer receive item drops.

Steam Support cannot remove a VAC ban.

Let me tell you another way :
I sell TF2/Dota2 Item on account B and I buy it with account A .
I want to know that Is this Legel or Not ?
I Want to tansfer my money with Dota2/TF2 Items .

So you mean buying items with your VAC account A for games that the ban is not for, then trading them to account B and selling them there.

You want to transferr money TO the VAC banned account ? First time I have heard of that here...

I am unaware of any limitations that would present. If there is a restriction I am unaware of, then it surely would present itself at that time of buying/selling.

On the Steam Market?, you basically could but good luck find someone who is willing to buy an item for 40$ if you could get it for 1$.

You can put up your item for any price. The question is that if anybody ever will buy it for a 40x price increase.
Not even Recette Lemongrass would put on such a profit requirement.

I think that is the idea here, as OP wants to buy them on the VAC banned account. Not sure why, but that seems to be the intention, list them for an insane price, then buy them on the other account that belongs to the OP.

This is my understanding here, that is.

The logic would call to buy games (as gifts) or items in a game which he doesnt has the VAC ban in. Then trade them to his nonbanned account, assuming only the inventory is locked which has the ban on.
But pure cash cannot be transferred back to credit card or between acccounts so he needs spend it and trade the stuff to himself.

Exactly, and after my first post, that seemed to have been disputed by the OP, as OP later clarified the intentions, but I could be wrong of course.

I have money on a vac banned account , So I want to transfer it to my non-vac banned account.
I know You can't directly transfer but I want to do like this :
First buy a cheap item on non-vac banned account and then put to sell it with high price .
Then Buy it with vac banned account .
Is This possible?

Yes, it's possible, and not against any rules that I know of.

Yupp its possible but I dont get why you are hoping for such huge profits.

The only such method would be to buy items which are on supply for a limited time and sell after a noticable time lenght (1 year +)

Otherwise getting high profits requires a good knowledge of market and tons of patience.

He will buy his own item at a high price, in order to move money from a VAC banned account to a clean one.
