Please help me, I like this game very much. I spent a lot of my savings on it.
I made a deal on February 23rd. We bought the balance after a private discussion. I didn't know it wasn't allowed. We locked my account on a common item at a low price and a high price. Can this situation be saved? I sent an application to customer service the day before yesterday. All his replies are exactly the same. What should I do?

Well, you broke the terms of service you agreed to. You've basically screwed yourself.

Wolf Knight is correct - you can only open another account and learn not to break the rules again.

I strongly suggest you read what you agreed to, or you'll just keep doing it. NEVER EVER do any trades or nonsense "under the table". Do it within the Steam system. You agreed to that.

And stop bugging support staff. They're not going to change because you keep bothering them. At this time, support is swamped in messages due to the effects of the isolation, and you're making things worse.

So please, do yourself and support a favour, and learn from your mistake.

Yes, because the answer is the same.

It doesn't matter if its copy and pasted, or worded differently, written in Greek, sent by a guy called Deidre or written in custard.

The answer is FINAL. You broke the rules and it's done.

Steam support are not parents to you as an itinerant child where you can keep badgering them until they break down and relent.

Please be mature, and elarn from this. Nothing is going to change unless you get a new account and follow the rules.

i still see those thing still running from "steam wallet seller" in my country wonder why they didnt get warning yet. oh or they have 2nd account so the main account is ok...

course they have a guide like using item from "Underrated" game so they never use csgo or dota item to selling wallet to avoid getting caught maybe ?

Read the rules before acting or pay the price for acting because you didn't abide by them, as you knew or should have known is the presumption in your actions.
