PS4 controller problem, pls help
I just got my brand new DS4 v2 controller and it worked fine the first time I used it on pc. I plugged it out when I was done and now when I plug it in again it shows a yellow color on led bar and then turns off. I can use the controller on Rocket League, but the lights are off and it seems I can't turn them back on. When the controller isn't plugged in my pc and I press the home button, blue color flickering on led bar for a few seconds and then stops. What can I do to turn on led bar on the controller again? I tried different USB cables, different ports, updated drivers, but nothing. Oh and it also seems that I can't use the little touchpad on the controller. Any suggestions pls?

It's been a while since I used a PS4 controller on PC games (as I've been away from PC gaming), but from memory the issue I always had was that it would "forget" the drivers each time I removed it, whereas the same wasn;t true for the Xbox controllers.

There was a Chinese made Joypad driver/UI thing that had issues with adware briefly. I can't recall what it was called (Joy2Key or something). You would need to actually activate said drivers every time you plugged in.

Perhaps this is something akin to this?

Nevermind, the first post actually worked. It seems that Steam wasn't reading my controller.

Fair enough, and good to know. I'll bear it in mind myself.
