Is there a way to transfer steam wallet into Microsoft even with alternative steps
I have recently purchased a gamed that my PC cant handle and id like to save money buy buying it on xbox so is there a way to transfer the money

No, as with any provider or shop that uses in store or their own version of currency there is NO way to convert it. It is just credit, there is NO conversion, it has no cash value. That's the best way to think of it, as thats what law states in most of the civilized world.

I'm sorry there's no good resolution for you, but in future, if you're ever in doubt, preferably do better research in future, or use a debit or credit card. Credit only ever leaves you without options.

No. The whole idea behind the Steam wallet is that you intend to spend those funds on future Steam purchases. They are held by Steam just for that purpose. They are not transferable.
