How can I contact steam support via email?

All,
Can anyone provide a link or an email address so I can contact steam support?

Back story is I setup a steam account only to purchase the VR index hardware for my son at christmas, however you could not "gift" the hardware when buying. As it includes a free game due to be released soon I want the game to go to his steam account not mine. I have tried to use the https://help.steampowered.com site but none of the options are relevant to my query, and there does not seem to be a way to contact them offered.

There is none. You need to submit a support ticket.

You can family share the game to his account as chance are they will not let you transfer the game.

Steam has no email support. The ticket system is all there is.
You can try going to the Support page, under "purchases" find the Index and choose " i have a question about this product" which lets you write a manual ticket to Steam Support.
BUT, the chances of them transferring the game to another account is VERY low, once a game is registered to a Steam account thats pretty much it.

Non-zero chance, it has happened and almost always with things like pre-purchases.

Other people who contacted support about this exact same issue were told to contact them again when the game is released. Reading between the lines, support will move the license for this.
