Account Disabled | Charge Back

Ok i'm going to list everything in fine detail so no one will get confused.

So I and my friend own a Garrys Mod server, we recieved donations and I felt like it would be fine, so i added $5 to my steam account. So my friend went to charge back a older payment under steam. He had charged back steam by accident. We quickly realized this in the end and now we have canceled it, It has been canceled for 36 Hours, I am clueless to why my account is still Disabled, as since I followed the message, my account being disabled is now unrightful and I have 3 hours to collect a item from a website or it will send, but I cannot trade. Please list everything I could do, anything will help, Thank you.

you dont seem to understand what a charge back is , and it sounds like you and your friend are using it in a fraudulent way , to well, commit fraud
you dont instigate a charge back because you feel like it

Pike, we have canceled it, i know exactally what a charge back is, you force your money to be refunded for the item being false or not as significant as described

It will likely take one to several weeks for this to be fixed. Plus it's the weekend. Banks are closed and people are out of the office.

I won't take responsibity, when my friend decided to charge back, I do admit steam has to make money, and you cant be taking money from them since when you sign up you agree to a TOS (Terms Of Service) but I am just very frusterated and it is annoying that my friend wouldent ask me first.

The only thing that Valve sees is that you violated the contract you had with them.
They don't see that it was your friend who paid.

Fine, then blame your "friend" instead. Cause and effect. Your "friend" did A and your account got B as a result.
