Hey everyone. My friend wants to buy me a Steam GC for Xmas, but she's in the US and I'm in Canada. Just checking before she buys it, though -- are they region locked or should I be fine in putting it into my account? Sorry if this is asked a lot, I searched briefly but couldn't find anything.
