It does contain nudity.
That's 100% it. Just because nudity or even anything else explicit occurs in a game, *DOES NOT and HAS NEVER* meant that it's okay to post images on steam's publicly available and visible services.
That means: no, you can't put up 'artistic nudity', because it's still nudity.
And if you have seen those other offensive things, I certainly hope you've reported them. I have. And I've seen them taken down as well as people getting banned for such things.
The mods are not out to get you. But that image does in fact break the rules. You might try escalating the issue, it might get overturned and replaced, but... don't hold your breath. Even silly nudity is nudity here and it's absolutely their rules and their call in the end.
So why does steam have you confirm if you are of age, and sells games full with nudity, if it's such a big issue, and why allow screenshots? What are people gonna screenshot grass?
And if what you say is the case, then i seek to see a mass banning for particular games with nudity content in the screenshot section.
There are specific games which steam sells that show nudity, the screenshot section is all nudity(despite giving a warning before you go ahead), so why give us a warning for nudity content in the screenshot section, and then ban pictures that show the ingame content.
You were reported, someone found it offensive and it was deemed so, and action taken.
Doesn't matter its intent or views, you uploaded it and made it public.
That's all that matters.

Unstick the plugs from our governing leadership that insists that nudity is 'bad and wrong'. I'm not saying you are wrong in wanting to be able to display it. I sold comic books for more than a decade, TRUST me when I say I know the hypocrisy in action here. But... this is the rule we all have to play by.
Like i said some of these pictures have little to no views, and my friends don't report me.

Click that link, tell me what this game has in it, and please explain why the entire screenshot section has not been banned. I can post a few other games that are sold with sexual content. I'm positive the moderators knew about this game upon release. Why have they not banned all the pictures?
I'm sorry dude, but It's not a RULE if they don't apply it to everything, it becomes a censorship tool and a tool to use out of spite if you cant maintain that rule for everything and everyone. I know a handful of games which would require half or all screenshots and artwork to be banned.
There is also a sexual nudity tag too. If i can't screenshot or display what will be seen ingame, then the game should not be put on here, or thats just bias censorship. The breasts are clearly not visible. and they shouldn't be selling content like that if thats how they react.
If someone is offended that much but blurred, barely seeable boobs, then they shouldn't be browsing the game and its screenshots to report. That just leeway for sjw and other highly offended types to get a power trip.
I never knew the human body was so offensive especially when not displayed in a sexual manner. Have you ever been to health class? My school has shown more sexually explicit pictures than any picture i have ever posted on this platform and i was in middle school, sexual education.
Do you see the blurred out wild woman doing something sexually other than standing around all blurred out? Her breasts are completely blurred out. And how you replied i think you are trying to become a steam moderator or something for not thinking and only following the rules they hand you.
I have a video game called "hatred" where i can run around kill innocent civilians (the theme of the game), and that game is allowed, the rules are hypocritical, bias, and used to target community members if they arent upheld on all areas.
If a default NPC or monster in the game has a little nude content and asks for you to confirm your age, then why do you ban particular pictures. There are entire screenshot lists filled with nudity and sexual content.
The reason why i said i believe some are stalking because some of my banned pictures only have a few views. Meaning it was me and a moderator who viewed it before it was banned.
It's either ban all nude screenshots, or don't ban any because that sort of rule is very bias, very targeting, and doesn't work at all. They already allow nudity, if they haven't adjusted their rules, then that shows incompetence and the inability to adjust and support new ideas officially put out by valve itself. Unpaid moderators are horrible, and should be swapped out every year because of how some particular people abuse it under the guise of following rules when in reality it's not.... not at all.

Actually if i assemble a list of games with nudity, that have a lot of nude screenshots and send it to steam support will they ban and remove all the nudity, yes or no? Because i will if you say yes. Just to make things more fair and for the rules to actually feel like rules. Hmmm just a thought.
Just live with it. Or report them all, it's your decision to waste your time on that, and not just playing more games.
I'm not salty i'm just questioning and debating the current "rules." I'm wondering if steam support will look through the games which are filled with nudity and ban them all. I'm already compiling a list to report to steam all the games with a majority of nude content behind the screenshot hub.
If they can't ban all those pictures than of course i will feel targeted and that the unpaid moderators are very bias. I don't believe for a second that all of the unpaid moderators are not bias, that's a load of crud.

And if you think i can get games like these with siginificant screenshot removal. If i can't show content that is the game and created by the developers, than it has no reason being on steam at all.

And since you seem to love posting “edgy” content that constantly gets banned, you’d better change your behavior before you get a full blown community ban
UGC? I love basic sentences that don't explain anything either, sorry, but you guys talk like you can't think for yourselves (i don't know how to write that in a non offensive way) and are obviously following guidelines that are subjected to change. The rule obviously makes no sense.
Once again, the breasts were blurred, it was created by the developer it's in game. Is steam for equality? Because it makes no sense.. I can screenshot the men in game? But i can't screenshot the women especially when they are blurred? I don't hate against SJW, but this is some SJW BS.
