1.
Try go to Steam > Settings > Downloads and make sure the box for Limit auto-updating schedule is unchecked.
2.
Go to your steam folder (e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\workshop) and delete the appworkshop_255710.acf file. Do a 'verify cache' and all mods will get downloaded again.
3.
Open up the game. Alt tab to Steam, go offline. Open up the game, exit out. Restart steam in offline mode. Go online. Open up the game. Check the mods, if you don't see any, hit F5.
If none of the solutions work, then try take a look in the other thread: https://steamcommunity.com/app/255710/discussions/0/517142892069830559/
And i dont have the file appworkshop_255710.acf, i have other numbers, but dont that exact one.
Close Steam in taskmanager - search on the computer for ''run'' - type this command in steam://flushconfig - login in - press ''ok'' when Steam asks you - login in again if required.
And check if the mods that you are subscribed to shows in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop
Top left of on Steam - Steam>Settings>Account. There's an option to change beta participations at the bottom of the page.
If that doesn't work, then tell me what games you have tested until now.
You can also try this:
Reinstall Steam. Do like this, if you don't want to reinstall your Steam games: Go to your steam folder which probably is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam and delete everything except ''steamapps'' and ''steam''. After that, double click on steam and let it update.
The games i tested are this: Arma 3, SFM, GMod, Assault Squad 2, Company of Heroes 2
The only way i found to download it was using this: http://steamworkshopdownloader.com/view/692412438
But im not sure about that site, do you know if its safe, is free of virus?
Do you still know more solutions?
