The times are in Valve's time, not your local time zone necessarily. And it has to be 7 full days.

6 days, 23 hours, and 59 minutes will not do. 7 full days.

Ok, so green means you do have the mobile auth. enabled on your account, so that means you just have not waited long enough yet.

Keep waiting, and please note what I said about time zones.

You are welcome, and I forgot to mention that there should be a message that you can see if you try to use the market, and it normally tells you the time when your restriction will end. But again, the times are in Valve's time zone (Washington, USA).

Normally, the message also says "as long as nothing happens to further restrict your account, you will be able to use the market ...............".

Yes, you can use the market, but you will have trade holds on all trades you create until that 7 days is up.
