Steam gift keys
So for example... let's say I want to get a KEY, like just a game key but I don't want to use it for me, I want to save it for some reason.....
If I gift it to someone, for example, I gift the game to my second account... the second account will recieve an email with the key? Or will it have it automatically on the library?

Because I want to get the key so that I can save it for my friend (Because He doesn't have steam yet), and when He gets steam I will send him the key... But I don't know what will happen, will it give me a key or will it instantly say that I bought the game?

Steam doesn't sell keys. When you gift a game, it goes to the account's library.

But how do people get keys then?

Third-party websites. Developers are allowed to create keys for their games and sell them elsewhere.

when you redeem a key on your account, it is activated and permanently bound to that account.

If you want to get a key, try to only use vendors which are listed here: https://isthereanydeal.com

Others may give you good keys or not, but gifting something which turns out to be an invalid key is shameful :-)
