All games I launch in Steam are causing my PC to reboot.
About one week ago I started streaming DayZ on You Tube, using OBS.

The stream stopped when my PC crashed with a BSD:

DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER error message.

After I had run diagnostic & repair utilities (CCleaner, Reimage Plus) my PC started Windows 10 64 Bit OK but when I tried to launch DayZ it crashed my computer again.

So - I uninstalled/ reinstalled DayZ; Steam; DayZSA Launcher; Discord; OBS, and GPU driver. No result.

Other games (SCUM, Rust) started from Steam OK, but DayZ still crashed. What happened was my main monitor would freeze, the mouse cursor disappeared, and my second monitor went black, but the PC was still running. This required a power-off restart.

So - I have now reset Windows and again uninstalled/reinstalled all the above. So far I have not reinstalled my Bitdefender antivirus software but this did not previously cause any problems. I have also not reinstalled OBS.

Now NO game will launch through Steam, but other games that do not require Steam (Star Citizen, War Thunder) run with no issues. What happens now is whenever I try to launch any game in Steam the game starts to load then my computer just reboots.

I have run Windows memory diagnoistic which found no issues.

Post the model number and model of the computer, or the exact motherboard that you have if it is custom built.

If you did an upgrade from a previously installed OS, instead of a clean install, that can be another issue.

Also, Bitdefender and CCleaner may not get along with Steam, depending on their settings.

But the BSOD and reboots are much more of a concern, of course.

After ruling out any other hardware or software problems, it could also be a failing PSU. When you run graphically intensive processes, that's when the computer reboots, so it could be a power issue.

But the other things mentioned above would need to be looked at first.
