"Friends Network Unreachable"
So, ive had this problem for about a week, im not sure why because before this it was working just fine and everything else with internet or wifi or ethernet for that part works just fine.

Well, check your network settings I'd say. Without any further info other than "it doesn't work" there isn't much we can do here.

So, as i said it used to work about a week ago and i have not changed anything and everything else works.

I have the same problem. My steam friends connects to 104.108.165.185 with a TLSv1.2 252 Client Hello. Then soon after receives a TLSv1.2 61 Alert (Level: Fatal, Description: Internal Error) from 104.108.165.185.

Can't really tell what is wrong from internal error:

internal_error
An internal error unrelated to the peer or the correctness of the
protocol (such as a memory allocation failure) makes it impossible
to continue. This message is always fatal.

No idea what to do about it.

I cleared my web cache, re-installed chrome in case it was conflicting, posted here, logged into a friends account to try that, for some reason it started connecting me to a different IP address and its all working now. I don't know how to fix it for everyone else sorry.
