Steam wont help me send trades offer! HELP ME!
As the title implies I cant send trade offers. In TF2 I have a premium account but when I send a trade offer it says this "You cannot trade with (Enter Username Here) because you recently had all your trade offers cancelled." PLEASE HELP!

I believe there is a cooldown if you cancel multiple trades in a short period of time

There is a 7 day cooldown when canceling ANY trade. You can't cancel individual ones either, all or nothing.

Canceling trades is intended for unauthorized trades, not because one changes their mind about a trade. That is why there is a cooldown and restrictions in place on canceling trades.

If the trade was made in good faith, then it should not be cancelled.
