wallet refund
Is it possible to get the money out of my Steam Wallet and transfer it back to my bank?

if that funds come from your card and you haven't used and is less than 14 days since the recharge, sure, otherwise no.

ok, great.. and do you know how to do that? i have not seen anyway to do it in the Wallet or anywhere else

You cannot cash out your Steam wallet. You can only obtain a refund for added wallet funds assuming they are untouched in a like-for-like refund. Otherwise wallet funds is Steam credit and cannot be transferred.
